Terms of sale prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Horses are sold on a first come first serve basis and can not be held without deposit.


Health Certificate and Coggins are to be paid for by buyer unless otherwise specified.


Shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer but must be agreed upon.


Horses are sold with NO guarantees unless otherwise stated. I will do my best to accurately describe horse and no photo shop is ever used in horse representation. All colts will be stallion verified by licensed vet. Any mare sold in foal can not have a live foal guarantee as foaling is beyond my control.


We allow four weeks for transportation arrangements. After four weeks, board will be $50.00 per week. Farrier and Vet care is responsibility of the buyer after purchase and will not be denied care while here at Quarter Acres.


Horses are available for pre-purchase inspection or exam prior to purchase at the buyer’s expense.

Buyer is responsible for any Genetic testing expenses as well. We accept cash,checks, and all major credit cards. All payments must clear prior to horse leaving Quarter Acres.

 Paypal can be used for deposit but must be sent friends and family ONLY.

International transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

25% of the purchase price is required as a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
